Are there any minimum age or height restrictions on the kayaking tour?
Due to the safety reasons, we do not allow children under the age of 16. There is also a minimum height requirement of 140 cm (4’7”) for children participating in the Prague Kayaking Tour.
Can we still go kayaking in case of bad weather conditions (rain, snow, storm, strong wind)?
We can kayak in light rain but it is better to cancel the experience and fully refund our guests in case of heavy rain, storm, strong wind or snowfall.
Do you have a double kayak?
No, unfortunately we do not offer double kayaks. It is much more difficult to navigate and quickly change direction. On a top of that, in a few places the river is way too narrow to fit double kayak.
What should I wear and bring to the kayaking tour?
Make sure your clothes and footwear are both comfortable. Flip flops, slippers, runners – all types of shoes are fine. Just keep in mind you might also get a little bit wet. Make sure to bring a spare change of clothes – which you’ll be able to change in our van.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, we can issue an invoice if you wish. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss further details with you.
Can we take an action camera (GoPro)?
Yes, you can bring your action camera. However, keep in mind you’ll be on water so waterproof case might be a good idea.
How do I get to the meeting point?
It´s directly in the city centre – very close to the Charles Bridge. It is easily reachable by foot. You can also take a tram or subway (metro) to Malostranska station and take a short walk to the meeting point.
What types of kayaks do you have?
Most od our kayaks are sit-in but we also offer sit-on-top kayaks.
Do you issue a full refund in case of cancellation due to bad weather?
Yes, we fully refund all guests if the experience is cancelled due to bad weather.
Can I bring a backpack or suitcase?
Yes, we can lock it in our van during the trip. We will be also bringing a waterproof bag on water with us – in case you need to store any small valuable items.
Do you provide a waterproof case for my phone?
Yes, we will provide a waterproof phone case that allows you to use your touchscreen phone on water.

We accept multiple forms of payment including: cash, credit cards and mobile payment.

Where does the kayak tour end?
We will be finishing the tour back at the meeting point, Cihelna 4, Prague 1.
